For schools, ELT, Inc. provides training to develop the knowledge, skills and attitude necessary for leaders to develop a shared vision and establish an environment conducive to the effectiveness required to achieve that vision. We assist leaders in developing a Blueprint for Success, a detailed operating plan based on proven leadership and management methods and strategies that focus on the culture and climate. Follow–up consulting services are provided for mentoring and coaching during the implementation of the blueprint. We equip leaders to diagnose, plan, implement and institutionalize leadership processes and strategies that create a culture and climate conducive to learning and productivity.
For parents, ELT, Inc. provides training and development that empower parents/guardians with the knowledge and skills to be parent leaders engaged in their children’s lives at home, school and in the community developing the foundation necessary for them to succeed. Programs are customized to client needs, ranging from single selected topics to a thematic series conducted as a parenting institute.
The consulting services component of ELT,Inc. provides professional expertise in the area of organizational consulting to assist clients with evaluating a set of circumstances, designing procedures, policies and structures to improve those circumstances and assisting in the implementation of the changes for improvement in families, schools and other organizations.
